Acrisure Arena has an adjustable-height adult changing table available to any guest needing this accommodation. The adult changing table is located in the All Gender Restroom located behind Section 105.

Acrisure Arena and the entire Greater Palm Springs area are served by Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), which is a quick, 20-minute drive from the Arena.
Acrisure Arena and all of its partners strive to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Our alcohol policies are listed below:

Any person purchasing alcohol must have a valid I.D. present and must be 21 years of age or older.

Alcohol cannot be brought into or out of Acrisure Arena.

The sale of alcohol is limited to two per guest per purchase, with all sales in all areas ceasing at the beginning of the 3rd period for Firebirds games, ten minutes into the second half for college basketball games, and 30 minutes prior to encore for concerts. Any changes to alcohol cutoff time may be made, without notice and at the discretion of Acrisure Arena.

There are four points of entry into Acrisure Arena:
- The two main entrances are located on the east side of the building, next to The Patio.
- The two premium entrances are located on the west side of the building, adjacent to VIP Lot A & B parking lots.

Guests may stop by the Guest Services Desk located behind Section 106 to check out an assistive listening device during any game or event.
Every restroom in Acrisure Arena is equipped with a baby changing station. For a complete list of the arena’s restroom locations, see Restrooms.
Guests are permitted to bring bags into the Facility which meet one of the following criteria:
1. Bags made of a clear material, not exceeding 14” x 14” x 6” in size, and no more than 2 pockets
2. Small clutches/purses/wallets are permitted provided that they do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” with or without a handle or strap
3. Bags required for medical necessity or diaper bags may be allowed based on supervisor approval. Please refer guest to a supervisor for further direction.
All bags are subject to search upon entry to the facility by security personnel. Any bag which does not meet the above standards or qualify for an exemption will not be allowed into the Facility.
Large banners, flags or signs cannot exceed 11” x 17”. Any banners or signs that exceed those restrictions will be confiscated. Acrisure Arena Management reserves the right to confiscate any signage displaying content deemed to be inappropriate. Poles, sticks, or dowels used to hold banners, signs, or flags will not be permitted.
No helium or air-filled balloons.

Unless otherwise specified by the teams and/or event officials & management, guests may not bring professional photographic equipment into Acrisure Arena. Guests are prohibited from engaging in commercial photography of any kind without the prior approval of Acrisure Arena Management. Prohibited camera equipment:
• Flash photography
• Monopods or tripods
• Cameras with interchangeable lenses
• Cameras with lenses greater than 3 ½ inches in length
Teams and/or event officials & management may have additional rules further restricting or prohibiting photography for specific events.

For all CV Firebirds games, children under 2 years of age are not required to have their own ticket if they are sitting on the lap of a ticketed adult.

- Guests are entitled to enjoy their game and/or event experience free from disruptive or inconsiderate behaviors or unruly actions.
- Guests shall not interfere with the event and/or its athletes, coaches, referees, performers, or arena staff in any manner.
- Guests shall not use abusive, offensive, or obscene language and gestures.
- Threats or acts of violence will not be tolerated. Guests may not engage in fighting, taunting, throwing objects, or other behavior deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests, and are subject to immediate ejection.
- Guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so in a legal and responsible manner.
- Smoking or use of e-cigarettes or vaporizers while on facility property is prohibited.
- Guests shall comply with requests from arena staff regarding operational and emergency procedures.
- Guests shall not engage in unauthorized commercial activity while on arena property.
- Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in eviction from the arena without a refund.
Arena Staff have been trained to intervene when necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest arena staff member.

Acrisure Arena is a cashless facility. FirstBank is the Official Bank of the CV Firebirds and Acrisure Arena. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted at all ticketing, food and retail locations.
Credit or Debit Cards are the only accepted form of payment at Acrisure Arena. A photo ID may be required with any credit card purchase.

All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets which have been scanned upon entry cannot be reused by another Guest. For ease of access throughout Acrisure Arena, all guests are encouraged to transfer tickets to each member of their party prior to entering the building. Acrisure Arena is very easy to navigate. A majority of our seats are located in the lower bowl. We do not have any escalators.

The AMR First Aid Room will be located on the main concourse behind section 106 and is staffed with certified emergency medical personnel for all major events. For life-threatening emergencies please notify an Arena team member who will call for emergency personnel.
Riverside County Office of Emergency Management has partnered with Acrisure Arena to provide equipment for response and preparation for medical emergencies. Their mission is to protect lives and property through exacting communications to decision-makers and the total coordination of resources, on-location and on-time.

In addition to our Guest Code of Conduct, Acrisure Arena upholds the following guest behavior policies to maintain the highest quality of experience for all guests:
- While respecting and encouraging the passion of our guests, profane or aggressive language, cheers, or taunts are not permitted. Additionally, Guests are not permitted to enter with clothing or signage that clearly displays any obscene or offensive messages.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the Acrisure Arena campus, which encompasses outdoor patios and plaza areas. This includes the smoking of electronic cigarettes or vaporizers.
- Once a guest has successfully scanned their ticket for entry into Acrisure Arena, the guest will not be permitted to exit the ticketed area and re-enter. Certain reasonable exceptions to this policy may only be made at the discretion of Acrisure Arena Management.
- To ensure the integrity of seating sections and premium spaces, guests may only sit in seats for which they have a ticket. Guests may be asked to present their ticket upon each entry into any seating area. If a guest is given a wristband associated with a premium space, they may simply present the wristband for access to that space.
- Guests who wish to access a seating section will be asked to wait to proceed to their seats until there is a stoppage of play. This policy will apply primarily to sporting events; policies regarding other entertainment events will vary.
- For the enjoyment of all in attendance, Acrisure Arena asks that guests refrain from standing for excessive periods of time unless the context of the event clearly warrants it. If Acrisure Arena staff feel that a guest is negatively affecting the experience of other guests in the vicinity, they will ask the standing guest(s) to sit. Standing or dancing in aisles, and on chairs, is strictly prohibited.
- All guests in attendance are required to be fully clothed, including shirt and shoes, at all times for their own safety. Acrisure Arena management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.
- During the performance of the National Anthem, we ask that all staff and guests restrict their movement in the seating bowl and the concourses.

For a lost or missing person please notify the nearest Acrisure Arena team member or go to the nearest Guest Services Desk. Upon arrival to Acrisure Arena, guests with children, or at-risk adults, are encouraged to proceed to the Guest Services Desk to fill out a wristband with name and seat location as well as a phone number, so that guests may be quickly reunited.
Guests who have lost an item during an event are encouraged to visit the Guest Services Desk located within Acrisure Arena. Items that have been found during events will be temporarily stored in those locations.

Fuego, the Firebirds mascot, is excited to start entertaining Firebirds fans with his high-flying acrobatic dunks, daring stunts and funny antics when the CV Firebirds hit the ice for the 2022-23 season. For the safety of all guests, while the puck is in play during CV Firebirds games, guests are asked to remain at the top of the aisle until play has stopped and it is safe for them to proceed to their ticketed seat location. The Guest Services Representative will notify guests when the Pucks in Flight policy is in effect.

Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, guests may not bring any types of audio/video recording devices into Acrisure Arena. These devices include, but are not limited to, video camcorders, audio recording devices, etc. For certain shows, recording of any type – including on a mobile cellular device – will be strictly prohibited.
Individuals who leave Acrisure Arena during an event will not be admitted back for re-entry unless with the use of an unused/unscanned ticket. Exceptions to this policy may be made in certain, reasonable circumstances at the discretion of Acrisure Arena Management or a Gate Supervisor.

These messages will appear after the halftime performance and must be requested four full business days prior to the game. To display these messages, we ask for a $25.00 donation to the CV Firebirds Foundation. Scoreboard requests may be submitted to cvfinfo@cvfirebirds.com
Messages cannot be passed along to the talent at our Concerts, Comedy, Family Show and other Sporting events. Please contact the respective event directly.

Acrisure Arena is part of a non-smoking campus. All forms of smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, are prohibited inside the facility and anywhere on property, including the Atrium and outside plazas.
Any unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion on the arena premises, including the parking structures, is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, citation, ejection or arrest.
Stairs are located in the four corners of Acrisure Arena. In case of emergency, please use these stairs instead of elevators.
