Special design and consideration were implemented at Acrisure Arena specifically for guests requiring special assistance or for those with physical restrictions. Accessible seating is available for all events held at the Acrisure Arena.

To prepare for your visit to Acrisure Arena, please see the general accessibility information below and don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email with any questions. If you need assistance while attending an event, just ask the nearest guest services representative.

FAQs
Acrisure Arena offers wheelchair accessible and low mobility seating on each level of the venue at comparable prices and sight-lines.

Tickets for accessible seating should be purchased directly through Ticketmaster.com by selecting the accessibility tab under the “filters” option for your preferred event.
Assistive Listening Devices are available and complimentary to guests for all Arena events. Headsets and receivers can be checked out at the Guest Services Desk on the Main Concourse.
FirstBank ATMs are available on the Main Concourse by Sections 11.

All ATMs are accessible.
Baby changing tables are available in all Men’s and Women’s restrooms and All-Gender & Family Restrooms.

An adult changing table is also available in the First Aid room on the Concourse by Section 112.
For CV Firebirds games, all integral game information is captioned on the north and south main video boards. Guests may also visit our Guest Services Booth to request a link to access game captions on their personal smart device or a borrowed tablet. 
 
For any other event, guests may request captioning by contacting Guest Services at guestservices@acrisurearena.com at least 10 (ten) days in advance of their ticketed event.
Concession stands and marketplaces are all accessible to guests with disabilities. Guests may request additional assistance at these locations from the nearest arena team member.
Elevators are located in each corner of the Arena for our guests with disabilities. All Arena elevators offer access to the Event Level, Main Concourse, and Premium Level.
The entry doors are all accessible to our guests with disabilities. For the convenience of our guests, one lane at each of our Main and Premium Entry Doors are designated for guests with disabilities.

Guests are encouraged to enter through the entrance listed on their event ticket as it will provide the best route to their seat.
Acrisure Arena is proud to offer a wide variety of food and beverages throughout the venue, including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into Acrisure Arena.

Acrisure Arena recognizes that some Guests may have specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements. Please contact Guest Services by emailing guestservices@acrisureearena.com prior to their event for accommodations.
Guests may request an American Sign Language interpreter by contacting the Guest Services Department at guestservices@acrisurearena.com.

We request that guests provide advance notice at least ten (10) business day prior to the event date to schedule an ASL Interpreter. Requests made with less notice unfortunately do not guarantee an interpreter can be acquired.
Key locations to drop off all guests with limited mobility is on the North side of the building.
Those who require a more private location in which to feed or pump may use the Virginia Mason Nursing Parents Room, located on the South West side of the Main Concourse, OR the Mamava Nursing Pod located on the North East side of the Main Concourse near Guest Services.
All public restrooms in the arena are wheelchair accessible. All Gender & Family Restrooms are also available on the Main Concourse and Premium Level for the convenience of our guests.

Sensory bags containing fidget tools and noise-cancelling headphones, feeling thermometer cards and identification cards that allow arena team members to recognize that the individual has a sensory need, are available for checkout at no cost by leaving an ID at our any Guest Services Desk location in the Arena.
Trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome at Acrisure Arena. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and are required to rest in the seating area of the guest with the disability, rather than the aisle.

Animal relief areas can be accessed by exiting through the East Main Entrance. Please see a Guest Services Representative for exit and re-entry.
Water Fountains and Hydration Stations, where guests are welcome to fill up reusable water bottles, are all accessible and available throughout Acrisure Arena.
Guests who require additional assistance because of a limitation in mobility can request a wheelchair transport from the entry doors to the Arena to their seating location.
