Special design and consideration were implemented at Acrisure Arena specifically for guests requiring special assistance or for those with physical restrictions. Accessible seating is available for all events held at the Acrisure Arena.

Tickets for accessible seating should be purchased directly through Ticketmaster.com by selecting the accessibility tab under the “filters” option for your preferred event.
Guests will need to download the WaveCAST Receiver App and must be connected to the in-arena WiFi in order to use it. The App will display the list of available channels for guests to listen in on. Guests may visit the Guest Services desk inside the arena for more information.
An adult changing table is also available in the First Aid room on the Concourse behind section 105.
Guests are encouraged to enter through the entrance listed on their event ticket as it will provide the best route to their seat.

Acrisure Arena recognizes that some Guests may have specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements. Please contact Guest Services by emailing email@example.com prior to their event for accommodations.
We request that guests provide advance notice at least ten (10) business day prior to the event date to schedule an ASL Interpreter. Requests made with less notice unfortunately do not guarantee an interpreter can be acquired.
