ParkWhiz is our official parking vendor. Have parking pass open and ready to show before you park.
If you have not pre-purchased please be prepared to pay upon entering. Tap-to-pay with credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Wallet. NO CASH accepted.
No Refund and No Exchange parking policy. Online sales closes day of event.
The parking fee for all events at Acrisure Arena varies depending on the event. Find your Arena event below to purchase your parking pass in advance. Park Whiz online sales close 3 hours before each event start time. Purchasing parking is available in-person upon arriving to Acrisure Arena.
NOTE: Cell service is very limited in the parking areas and there is no Wi-Fi service.
Accessible Parking: Once you purchase your parking pass, designated spaces are available for our guests with disabilities and are van accessible. Vehicles utilizing accessible parking spots must display appropriate placard, tabs, or license plates. All Acrisure Arena lots are wheelchair accessible. Spaces cannot be reserved and are first come first served.
Oversized Vehicles: RVs, mobile homes, or other vehicles that take up more than one standard parking space are admitted at the discretion of the parking staff. Approved vehicles will pay a higher rate for the additional parking space. Oversized Parking must be purchase on-site and cannot be secured in advance.
Overnight RV parking or camping is prohibited at Acrisure Arena unless otherwise denoted otherwise on a specific-event’s information page.
Tailgating is not allowed.
