Consult your event to know when the Silvercrest Compound opens. Access is available until :30 minutes after main event begins.
For Firebirds hockey games, the Silvercrest Compound opens :90 minutes before puck drop. This VIP area will close at the end of the 2nd intermission, as the third period of play begins.
When you purchase the Silvercrest Compound VIP upgrade, you have full access to enjoy mingling with friends in our well-appointed outdoor lounge featuring with patio tables and chairs. Enjoy shorter lines and exemplary service awaiting you with a dedicated full bar and a variety of food items available.
Challenge your friends to play 9-hole mini golf, pickleball, half-court basketball, or bocce ball. Catch up on conversations as you lounge at our fire pits on comfortable couches or swing in our gravity chairs.
The Silvercrest Compound is located nearest the UBS South Premium Entrance and behind the Milagro Tequila Bar once you enter Acrisure Arena.

THIS UPGRADED EXPERIENCE DOES NOT INCLUDE A TICKET TO THE MAIN EVENT. YOU MUST SHOW YOUR EVENT TICKET WHEN YOU ENTER ACRISURE ARENA AND THEN YOU MAY ENTER THE SILVERCREST COMPOUND.
Access to the Silvercrest Compound is weather permitting. For your safety, Acrisure Arena may be required to close the Silvercrest Compound. In this event, you will be notified at least 3.5 hours prior to the event start. Acrisure Arena may relocate an event scheduled to take place in the Silvercrest Compound to an interior location. If this is the case, you will receive an option to either receive a refund or join us in the interior space; if you choose to join us, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. If the event is unable to be relocated, you will receive an automatic refund.
