Acrisure Arena recognizes that some Guests may have specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements. Please contact Guest Services by emailing guestservices@acrisurearena.com prior to their event for accommodations.
We request that guests provide advance notice at least ten (10) business day prior to the event date to schedule an ASL Interpreter. Requests made with less notice unfortunately do not guarantee an interpreter can be acquired.
The interpreting service we partner with offers additional languages including Spanish Sign Languages, International Sign Language, and ProTactile. These services may be requested but are subject to interpreter availability.
Additionally, there are multiple All Gender Restrooms throughout the arena, that can also be used as a private nursing station if preferred. (See Restrooms/All Gender & Family Restrooms)
There are 8 All-Gender, single-occupancy restrooms throughout the building. These can be found in the following areas:
Event level inside Chairman’s Club
Main Concourse, near Sections: 105, 111, 117, 123
Premium Level outside each Founder’s Suite and near Section 225
Exit and re-entry is prohibited for animal relief. See any guest experience supervisor or usher prior to exiting for re-entry access. Please pick up after your animal. Relief bags can be found at the Guest Services desk near section 105.
Committed to accessibility and inclusion for all guests, Acrisure Arena achieves the Certified Autism Center™ (CAC) designation from the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). This certification ensures that team members are trained to better understand, serve, and accommodate autistic individuals and their families, creating a more welcoming environment for neurodiverse guests.
In addition to the training and certification, Acrisure Arena offers several accommodations to enhance the guest experience. They provide sensory kits designed for both sensory-seeking or sensory-sensitive adults and children, including fidget toys, sunglasses, and noise-canceling headphones. The arena also offers “feelings flashcards” featuring words and photos to help express different emotions. These kits cater to a wide range of sensory needs, ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, there are quiet areas within the arena, specifically set aside to provide a break from the bright lights and loud noises. These thoughtful measures ensure a more inclusive and enjoyable experience for all guests.
By completing the CAC process, Acrisure Arena becomes part of a broader initiative led by Visit Greater Palm Springs to attain the Certified Autism Destination™ (CAD) designation. This certification ensures that visitors have various trained and certified options for entertainment, recreation, attractions, hospitality, and lodging while in the area.”
