The Los Angeles Lakers will open the preseason in the Desert Duel presented by Spotlight 29 Casino with two games at Acrisure Arena, hosting Minnesota Timberwolves Oct. 4 and Phoenix Suns Oct. 6.

The Lakers most recently hosted the Phoenix Suns at a sold-out Acrisure Arena during the 2023 preseason. Be here to witness history as the Lakers new head coach, JJ Redick brings top players and new draft picks to greater Palm Springs. Will we see Bronny James and Dalton Knecht wear the Lakers jersey here first?
