For those who purchased via third-party resale sites such as SeatGeek, StubHub, VividSeats, etc., – please reach out to your point of purchase for more details.

The good news is that no action is required to obtain a refund if purchased through Ticketmaster, the official ticketing company of Acrisure Arena. Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days.
