WHAT: 20 Coachella Valley restaurants, bars and retailers are celebrating Janet Jackson’s 58th Birthday on May 16 with a first-ever “Janet Jams” Music Takeover. From Janet Jackson music played during happy hours to Janet Jackson karaoke sets to music and makeovers at cosmetic counters, the community is gathering together to sing the praises of the Five-time GRAMMY®️ Award-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame®️ Inductee. In addition, select venues are hosting a 3-day event on Memorial Day Weekend. The celebration is all in advance of Janet Jackson’s June 4, 8pm concert at Acrisure Arena with special guest Nelly.
