Big Chicken – While offering the fan favorite M.D.E. sandwich, Shaq’s Big Chicken introduces a new Acrisure Arena signature menu item – The Shaqtus, with pepper jack cheese, pickled jalapenos, and Fuego sauce. Vegan (v) option: BC Fries
Tanner’s Prime Burgers – Premium all-natural smashburgers made from local beef with beef tallow French fries. Brandt Beef, located 82 miles from the arena, is focused on sustainable practices, including a head-to-toe program that provides the beef tallow fries. Gluten-free (gf) option: Beef Tallow Fries
Pronto Pizza – Celebrity Chef Giada De Laurentiis features “grandma slices” made fresh from scratch, with toppings such as margherita and sausage and peppers, along with her Caesar’s pasta salad. Vegan (v) option: Margherita Pizza, Caesar’s pasta salad
Casa Escobar – Grandma’s recipes from this family-owned Los Angeles institution showcase tacos and guacamole. Gluten-free (gf) option: Pollo Burrito Bowl | Vegan (v) options: Vampiro Burrito, Flautas, Churros
Koko’s Bavarian –Jumbo Bavarian pretzels with dipping sauces along with smoked sausages. Vegan (v) option: Balvarian Pretzel, French Fries (gf)
Cabana Bars – Frozen cocktails, liquor, wine, and beer brings the resort pool to the Arena. Featuring specialty El Cristiano tequila drinks at their cabana
The Patio (where you enter our house) is a great place to visit before and during a concert or Firebirds game. This area has a wide selection of food, beverages, the ability to relax in the Toyota Lounge, and listen to music on the City of Indian Wells Second Stage.
CV BBQ – The husband-and-wife team, Sean and Yvette Smith bring open-pit barbeque to hungry guests from their Indio restaurant. You’ll find smoked meats and sides with The Marf (tri-tip topped with mac and cheese) being featured. Their famous tri-tip, a popular cut for the central valley region, also comes from Brandt Beef
Grab & Go’s – Located throughout the main concourse and premium level, guests can find quick stops for beverages, Hempler’s All Beef Hot Dogs at select locations, and packaged snacks like Melissa’s Clean Snax and Brandini Toffee Popcorn, which began as a young entrepreneur’s project to pay for a trip to Italy that grew into a renowned Palm Springs business
Cheers To Choice – Acrisure Arena is partnering with 1 Million Strong to offer a new menu of fun and delicious non-alcoholic beverages to fans looking for elevated alternatives. Stop by any full service bar to enjoy a drink. Expanded options help all fans feel welcome at live events. The arena hosts an array of portable carts to make the availability of food and beverage quick, convenient and simple for guests. The carts include:
- E&E Pels Lemonade – After 40-plus years of serving the Greater Palm Springs area their scratch-made Italian ices, Gina and Tim Uschyk scoop Cathedral City’s favorite dessert along the main concourse.
- KettleMitas Kettle Corn – Gladys Jimenez’s Hispanic-woman-owned business offering its sought-after kettle corn has made its way from local festivals and high schools to its first permanent outpost in Acrisure Arena.
- CV Empanadas – House-made chicken and beef empanadas available on the main concourse. Gluten-free option: Chips & Queso (v). Vegan option: Apple Pie
- French Fry Heaven’s – Carne Asada Nacho Fries, Bacon & Cheese Fries, Chili & Cheese Fries, Fuego Fries. Vegan (v) option: Skin on Fries
- CV Nachos – Loaded with gooey cheese and fresh meat options, these nachos also offer an Impossible plant-based choice. Gluten-free (gf) options: Beef, Chicken Tinga, Impossible (v)
- Draft Beer – Local breweries such as Coachella Valley Brewing Company and La Quinta Brewing. Guests can even make it a michelada using Indio-based Mix 38 Chevelas mix
Acrisure Arena hosts two, dynamic bar areas for fans. These two end-stage bars offer a great view of the action on the ice and feature specialty cocktails from Milagro Tequila and Garrison Brothers Whiskey, respectively.
Additionally, guests can also access two center-ice bars, which are spacious and offer cocktails, beer, and wine, where they can find either Michelob Ultra Gold at the Michelob Ultra Gold Bar or a wide variety of local buzzbox cocktails at the buzzbox Bar.
The Silvercrest Level has two full bars for Level 200 ticketholders, with a full complement of beverages. Premium food options include curated bowls with themed top-your-own offerings, a carving station, plus all the traditional fan favorites.
