ParkWhiz is our official parking vendor. Have parking pass open and ready to show before you park. NOTE: Cell service is very limited in the parking areas and there is no Wi-Fi service.

When Main, VIP Lot A, B, or C, are sold out, we have Overflow Parking available at the nearby Xavier College Preparatory High School located HERE. Parking is at a reduced rate and include continually running luxury buses to bring you directly to Acrisure Arena Main Entrance Plaza / Box Office and an expedited exit lane back to your vehicle.
Accessible Parking: Once you purchase your parking pass, designated spaces are available for our guests with disabilities and are van accessible. Vehicles utilizing accessible parking lots must display appropriate placard, tabs, or license plates. All Acrisure Arena lots are wheelchair accessible. Spaces cannot be reserved and are first come first served.
EV Passport Parking: Purchase a regular parking pass and then drive to one of the EV Passport spots. Use your camera on your smartphone to scan the QR code to pay for your charging session. To end the charging session, simply unplug your vehicle.
Oversized Vehicles: RVs, mobile homes, or other vehicles that take up more than one standard parking space are admitted at the discretion of the parking staff. Approved vehicles will pay a higher rate for the additional parking space.
Overnight RV parking or camping is prohibited at Acrisure Arena unless otherwise denoted otherwise on a specific-event’s information page.
Tailgating is not allowed.
